At meni, we encourage responsible use of educational content. By using the app, you agree to the following terms to ensure compliance with legal and institutional rules:

Institutional Guidelines

You are solely responsible for making sure that any recordings or uploaded materials (such as lectures, discussions, or study-related content) do not violate the rules of your school, university, workplace, or instructors. Please check your institution's policies before using meni to record or share content.

Copyrighted Material

Do not upload or record content that is protected by copyright unless you have explicit permission from the copyright holder. This includes text, images, audio, video, and any other protected media.

Privacy and Sensitive Information

Sharing private conversations or confidential data through meni is strictly prohibited if doing so violates any privacy or confidentiality laws. meni is not liable for any misuse of the platform in this regard.

By using meni, you take full responsibility for your actions. Any legal consequences resulting from misuse of the app fall solely on the user. meni is not responsible for the unauthorized use of its services.

Content Usage License

If you comply with these Terms of Use, meni grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial, and revocable license to use the platform for educational purposes only.

  • You may not use bots, scripts, or any form of automation to access or extract data unless expressly authorized by meni.
  • If you purchase a subscription, it is for individual use only and must not be shared.
  • To prevent misuse, we may limit access based on frequency, number of devices, or volume of usage.

Refund Policy

When Refunds Apply

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  • You request it within 30 days of purchasing or renewing your subscription.
  • No Terms of Service violations occurred.
  • There was a technical issue caused by meni that couldn't be resolved in a timely manner.
  • You were charged by mistake or made a duplicate payment.

When Refunds Don't Apply

  • If your account was inactive but you didn't cancel your subscription.
  • If your subscription renewed automatically and wasn't canceled on time.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
  • For discounted offers, special promotions, or monthly plans after the 30-day period.
  • If your account was suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@usemeni.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email linked to your account
  • Your subscription plan
  • A brief explanation for your request

We'll get back to you within 5 to 7 business days.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 7–14 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Changes to This Policy

meni may update this refund policy at any time. We'll notify users of significant changes via the app or our website.
